Updated: Apr 19, 2020

Question:

"Need advice I like to Fish for Striped Bass, Flounder, Cobia, Small Tuna occasionally.

I have AVET MXJ 5.8 MC with 500 yards 50# power pro I fish Chesapeake Bay, Delaware Bay, Jersey Inshore and Coast, Delaware Coast areas.

I think either Black Hole Charter Special 73 MH Spiral Wrap Inshore, Same in 68 H3R or possibly Black Hole Cape Cod Special Slow Pitch B581 H3R Spiral wrap.

Stripped Bass and Flounder are what I can get to most often. The other are if trip presents itself."

Answer:

"I recommend 6'8" Black Hole Charter Special Slow Pitch rod for striper, fluke, drum or cobia.

That is amazing rod though it is not expensive."
